Principal Revenue Assurance Analyst
the role holder will provide comprehensive end to end assurance to the business on billing of products and services, revenue and related direct costs. This will be achieved through proactive end to end revenue assurance, ensuring that all new products and services are adequately tested, all revenue generating systems are appropriately configured and revenues and related costs are accurately computed, rated , billed and reported.
Big Data Engineer
the role holder will design, build and deliver on the big data platform which will serve as Safaricom’s single source of truth. The platform will be used to continuously deliver on Safaricom’s overall data analytics strategy.
CVM Operations Engineer
The position holder will be responsible for providing leadership for support and maintenance of the CVM platform and ecosystem. This role will be responsible for monitoring the CVM ecosystem to ensure availability.
CVM Development Engineer
The position holder will be required to design, build, and support the CVM platform. This role will be responsible for technical delivery CVM platforms which drive customer engagement.
Big Data Platform Engineer
