Position Objective:

KCA University is in search of an internal candidate to fulfill the following role: Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and inquiries from potential students in a positive and friendly manner.
Review and manage incoming applications, guiding students through the admission process.
Accurately input student data into the ERP system and ensure timely updates when necessary.
